Sediment pore-water nutrient concentrations in the Bering Sea

These data were collected from several Bering Sea Ecosystem Study-Bering Sea Integrated Ecosystem Research Program (BEST-BSIERP) cruises. BEST-BSIERP together are the Bering Sea project. Sediment cores were collected using an Ocean Instruments MC-800 multicorer. Cores were vertically sectioned and pore water was separated from sediment by centrifugation. Pore-water nutrient concentrations were measured using either a technitron auto analyzer, or a SmartChem auto analyzer.
