Vertical Cavity Surface Emitting Laser Hygrometer (VCSEL) [Paige, M. E., Mark A. Zondlo]

The vertical cavity surface emitting laser (VCSEL) hygrometer measures water vapor concentration throughout the troposphere and lower stratosphere at high frequency (25 times per second), precision (<3%), and accuracy (5-10%). The data are in NASA ICARTT format.
