TOGA-COARE: Electra Photography Cloud Videos [NCAR/EOL/RAF]

This dataset consists of mpg files from video tape (VHS) from each flight of the NCAR Electra aircraft during the Tropical Ocean Global Atmosphere (TOGA) Coupled Ocean-Atmosphere Response Experiment (COARE). This dataset contains forward-looking and downward-looking videos.
