R/V Ron Brown Microwave Radiometer (23, 31 GHz) Tao cruise

This dataset contains microwave radiometer data at 23 and 31 GHz taken aboard the NOAA R/V Ron Brown. During the Tao cruise of R/V Ron Brown's participation in Eastern Pacific Investigation of Climate (EPIC) 2001. The readme contains information on the formating of the data.
