PROC02A: Enhancements to the PROC02 Version of the CCM Modular Processor

The report represents the significant number of revisions to the original "CCM Modular Processor User Guide", released in October, 1987. This report should be viewed as a supplement to the original "CCM Modular Processor Users' Guide (Version PROC02)". This supplement contains two indices: the first includes PROC02A entries only; the second is the result of merging the first index with the PROC02 Users' Guide index.
