LLDN Lightning Imagery [University of Hawaii]

This data set contains hourly Long-Range Lightning Detection Network (LLDN) imagery over the Western Pacific Ocean. Products include lightning location, peak current, and pseudo-reflectivity. The first two are overlain on MTSAT infrared imagery. These images were developed by the University of Hawaii using the Vaisala LLDN network data and are in gif format.
