East-looking Cloud Videos from Mauna Kea

This data set contains mpeg files from VHS tapes of east-looking cloud videos. The videos are from a stationary camera, set up on Mauna Kea, Hawaii to take am and pm videos of the clouds as a part of the Hawaiian Rainband Project (HaRP). The videos have 10:1 compression.
