Abstract

This data set contains Automated Surface Observing System (ASOS) 5 minute data. The individual station files are contained in a single tar file for each of the two months, December 2013 and January 2014. This data set includes data from the entire ASOS network including those in the 50 United states and a few international locations at military bases. Data are in 2 tar files, one for December 2013 and one for January 2014. This data set was supplied by NOAA/NCDC. NCAR/EOL has conducted no processing or quality control on these data and they are provided as is.
