NASA ER-2 Water Ozone Experiment (WOX) Data
6.24
This dataset contains ozone measurements from the Harvard University Water Ozone Experiment (WOX) aboard the ER-2 for 9 missions during CEPEX. The ozone instrument determined ozone by measuring the absorption of 253.7 nanometer radiation. Ambient air was alternately drawn through a scrubber that chemically removed ozone to determine a reference signal. The ozone signal was determined with ambient air flowing through the detection cell. Ozone concentration was then determined using Beer's law. Units are ppbv. Principal Investigators were Weinstock, Dessler, Hintsa, and Anderson (Harvard Univ).
