Abstract

This data set contains six-minute resolution surface meteorological and oceanographic data from the Texas Coastal Ocean Observation Network (TCOON). TCOON is operated by the Conrad Blucher Institute for Surveying and Science (CBI) at Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi. There are 23 stations within the network that provide meteorological observations. The stations are located along the gulf coast of Texas. This data set covers the period from 1 June to 31 October 2005. The data are in space delimited ASCII format. NCAR/EOL conducted no processing or quality control on these data.
