Abstract

The GCIP/ESOP-95 5 Minute Surface Composite contains data from several networks (i.e., Automated Surface Observing System (ASOS), Automated Weather Observing System (AWOS), Oklahoma Mesonet, DOE Atmospheric Radiation Measurements (ARM) Southern Great Plains Sites). Data from these networks were reformatted, merged, and quality controlled to form this composite. These data files are available as ASCII text files and netCDF data files.
