This report is a summary of meteorological observations at the [23] stations in Taiwan Province, China during the period from the year of establishment [1897] up to the year of 1952. It includes: Monthly summaries of meteorological observations of: mean air pressure, maximum air pressure, minimum air pressure, mean air temperature, mean maximum air temperature, mean minimum air temperature, absolute maximum air temperature, absolute minimum air temperature, maximum daily range of air temperatures, mean vapor pressure, maximum vapor pressure, minimum vapor pressure, mean relative humidity, minimum relative humidity, mean wind velocity, maximum wind velocity, minimum wind velocity, mean cloudiness, precipitation, maximum precipitation in 24 hours, maximum precipitation in 4 hours, maximum precipitation in 1 hour, duration of sunshine, sunshine rate, evaporation, maximum daily evaporation, number of days with maximum air temperature > 30, number of days with maximum air temperature > 25, number of days with maximum air temperature < 10, Number of days with different weather events (rain, sunshine, thunderstorm, clear days, scattered days, broken days, overcast days.
