Experimental freeze down of tundra soils
106.378
Samples were collected as part of a laboratory experiment assessing the effects of the rate of freezing and of the final temperature on soil nutrient dynamics and microbial biomass. Measurements include microbial respiration, biomass, nutrient mineralization, and release of soluble/extractable organic C and N. The experiment was performed at the Toolik Field Station/Long Term Ecological Research Program (LTER) plots. These data are contained within one Excel file.
