Abstract

This dataset contains the Situational Awareness for Severe Store Intercept Tool (SASSI) imagery from the VORTEX2 2009 and 2010 Field Catalogs. The 2009 images have the "chat" removed. (To view the "chat," see the catalog link in the related links section below to access the 2009 Field Catalog.) Imagery files are only available for the VORTEX2 field phases for approximately May-June 2009 and April-June 2010. The images were taken approximately every 5 to 10 minutes and the files are in .png format. See the catalog links below to access the field catalogs.
