This resource provides solar radiation observations made 1948-1965 compiled by the Taiwan Provincial Weather Bureau. The information provided includes: I - The values of the intensity of direct solar radiation for 9th L.A.T.; II - The values of the intensity of direct solar radiation for 12th L.A.T.; III - The values of the intensity of direct solar radiation for 15th L.A.T.; Variables reported: Date, L.A.T. (h. m.) direct solar radiation (g cal/cm2/min, I), zenith distance of the sun (SecZ), coefficiency of transparency (A), turbidity (T, from Feussner & Dubois equation), Atmospheric pressure (P - mm), air temperature (t, C), vapor pressure (e, mm), amount of cloud (N, tenths), characteristic cloud forms (C, coded from International Atlas of Clouds), visibility (V, km).
