Impose Mid-Holocene (6 kyr ago) boundary conditions for orbital parameters and the atmospheric concentration of well-mixed greenhouse gases. Run for at least 100 years after spin-up. It is mandatory that the model versions used for the PMIP-CMIP6 experiments are the exactly the same as for the other CMIP6 experiments, in particular the DECK and historical simulations.
